Returns and Refunds Policy
Before despatch, all of our glasses are inspected to ensure the accuracy of the prescription and proper alignment of the frame.
If, as a result of an error made by ourselves, you are not happy with the goods you have purchased, you may return them to us within seven days for adjustment, replacement or refund. A refund is in full for the lenses providing they are in original condition and complete with any supplied extras (case, cloth etc), excluding postage and packaging.
If the goods are damaged in transit from ourselves to you then we will repair or re-supply the goods for you FOC. However, we will not issue a refund as an alternative to this repair option as we cannot be held liable for this sort of damage in transit.
If you make an error whilst entering your prescription details then you may return the goods to us within seven days. We will fit new lenses for you at a specially discounted cost once correct prescription details have been advised to us. Just email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to advise us of the mistake made and to request the special price for new lenses.
Special orders, such as orders for prescriptions outside our normal range are specifically EXCLUDED from this refund policy.
If you wish to return any goods this will usually involve you posting the goods back to us using first class recorded mail. The risk of damage to any goods you return to us will remain with you until the goods have been delivered to our premises and accepted by us at those premises.
