Once you have placed your order we will quickly send you a box through the post for you to send us your frame and a copy of your prescription, free of charge.

In most cases for Single Vision we will be able to return the finished job to you in about five working days, again free of any extra charges, via Royal Mail Signed For® 1st Class. For an extra charge you can upgrade the postage to Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed® next day (£15.00).

Bifocals and Varifocals will take around ten working days in most cases. If for any reason you find yourself in a predicament and need them more urgently, don’t hesitate to pick up the phone and we will see what we can do for you.
